Due to increased shipping costs, I have adjusted the shipping costs slightly upwards.
Standard shipping is done by PostNL and everything is shipped with Track & Trace.
Shipping without Track & Trace is also possible and is cheaper, but the shipment cannot be tracked.
It is also possible to ship with a different carrier at often slightly lower prices.
Please send a message if you want a different shipment.
If you want your package to be sent by registered or insured mail, that is also possible, again please send a message and you will receive a corrected invoice.
Setting up shipping costs doesn’t always work well. If you think the shipping costs are incorrect, please contact us.
All orders will be shipped within 4 days of payment being received.
Damaged parcels:
If a parcel arrives in damaged packaging, don’t accept it. The package will be send back to us without extra costs on your side.
We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit unless you have chosen to register/insure your order on request. If a package is returned for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to resend the order.
